I’ve only made the lower carb version of this and I serve it over broccoli. As an added bonus, you literally can not taste the cauliflower. I do not like cooked cauliflower at all, and this dish is delightful!!! Without any sides it weighs in at just 6.5g carbs per serving.
Broccoli Cheddar Soup by DJ Foodie. Okay, this one might make you miss bread, but its so rich and filling, you will not care by the end of your meal. Bonus: The kids LOVED it. All of them. Right around 10g carbs per serving.
Russian Baked Mushrooms in Sour Cream by The Spruce. Skip the bread for serving. I doubled the serving size (2 servings as written instead of 4), skipped the flour and served it right on top of steak (okay, eye of round cut into steaks. I’m broke, remember). Fantastic.
Low Calorie Cheesy Broccoli Quiche by Foodie Fiasco. Omg. So simple, so good, so crowd pleasing. I double it and serve it with a meat to get 6 large dinners.
Pork Egg Roll in a Bowl by Peace Love and Low Carb. Curb your craving for Chinese with this dish. Much easier than trying to not order crab rangoon. I used pulled pork in mine instead of ground pork. It could easily go low fat by swapping the pork for tofu or chicken. 7.7 grams of carbs per serving.
